September and October 2007

Today is my oldest niece's 13th birthday. I can't believe she's 13 already. It seems like just yesterday I was standing in the hospital holding her! I love both my nieces to pieces!

Abigail's new friend Olivia was born today! Congratulations to her family! We can't wait to meet her next year :-)

Today is my 41st birthday. I thought I'd share some pictures of the best birthday present I've ever had.

Abbie had to go to commercial daycare today because her babysitter said she couldn't take care of her anymore. I was disappointed but what do you do. We went to a daycare with cameras so I could see her during the day. The ladies there are really nice and she was totally exhausted when she got home. She wanted to go to bed about 6pm LOL. That is a definite NO. She's sleeping so well from 9-5 that I don't want to be getting up at 2am because "technically" it's time to eat *smile*.

The babysitter is sick again today so I'm staying home with Abbie and Ryan. Thankfully Ryan's mommy was able to stay with them yesterday.



Ryan offers to let Abbie play with his toys.	See that look? He lets her know that he's not going to play with her GIRLIE toys!

Abbie is two months old today and we took her to her first race! It was the truck races but she better get used to any kind of racing because I have a feeling her and her daddy will be going ALOT! *smile*


She's not quite sure if she likes the ear muffs or not.	Well we know for sure she doesn't hehe	Surprisingly, she slept through most of the race.

Well I made it through the first week back at work and it sure was hard leaving her but Abbie's sitter takes good care of her so I didn't worry so much. I was happy to be back at work because I really did miss having something "adult" to do and people who could communicate with me without crying. *smile*

Tom took Abbie for her two (2) month shots today. She came home with band aids on both legs and blood on her onesie. What the heck did they do to my baby girl?? She weighs 9lbs. 8oz. and is 22.5 inches long. Doctor says she's doing great.

I went back to work today and I cried when I left my little princess. I did have a good day at work although I missed her terribly!

Just when you think you have it figured out... the baby (who now runs the household) changes the rules on you!

Abbie is eight (8) weeks old tomorrow! She's starting to smile and giggle regularly and growing out of her "crying all the time" stage. THANK GOODNESS! She has an appointment Tuesday for her shots :-( I hope Tom remembers her baby tylenol before he takes her!

I have to go back to work tomorrow *cry*. I don't want to leave my little girl but I have to work in order to afford her *smile*.
